Dr. Khaled Almazroui joined Fujairah International Airport and worked in different positions until 2001 when he became the General Manager of the airport. He is also the Chairman of the Gulf Airport Services Association (GASA). In June 2006, he obtained his Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management from University of Lincoln, UK. He currently lectures on a part-time basis, the Business and Marketing courses at Ajman University.  Also, he is often invited as speaker in several conferences in and outside the UAE.

With an increased focus on the aviation business within Siemens, Stephan was called back to Headquarters in 2004 to be a part of the newly formed “Siemens Airports” group, where he assumed a leading position in managing the IT services & solutions division for this industry segment and, in a second role, organizes further business development in APAC.

She is also responsible for providing a seamless, smooth and a memorable customer experience at Dubai International.
She has over 24 years experience in Marketing in the Middle East and has worked in various multi national organisations as well as leading local institutions in Dubai .

Reinhard Zeiler

Mr. Reinhard has an extensive worldwide experience in airport consulting. He is
specialized in Operational Readiness and Airport/Terminal Transfer (ORAT) and
known leader for international airport consulting projects.
He is currently responsible for the sales, set-up operations, financial results and
administration for various International ORAT projects of Munich Airport such as
Delhi, Doha, Berlin, Moscow- Sheremetyevo new Terminal D and Vienna Airport
Skylink Terminal, as well as the new Durban International Airport in South Africa.

Mr. Martin has over 25 years experience in the airport/airline industries in various operations, marketing, sales and IT positions. He joined ARINC in 2002 and has held a wide range of management and business development positions within the company. Jim is responsible for all corporate business in Asia Pacific, including the expansion of ARINC’s presence and technical infrastructure in the region. He held the position of Asia Pacific Managing Director since January 2010 and now manages the firm’s offices and operations in 11 countries throughout the region.

Catrin Drawer

Catrin Drawer is the Director for Airport Development for Lufthansa Consulting. She is an international aviation expert, specialized in airport and ground handling processes, infrastructure planning and management. In 1991 she joined Lufthansa German Airlines in the sales department in Berlin. From 1995 until 2000 she worked for TRAINICO, a Lufthansa affiliate, as Trainer for Sales and Passenger Service worldwide. After gaining her MBA, Catrin became Traffic Manager for GSI Ground Service International, responsible for the complete ground operation and securing the fulfilment of the operational customer requirements. Her main projects in GlobeGround Handling Company include the bidding process for GlobeGround India and the Berlin Airport Authorities´ airport project, BBI.
